During the years
Sensei Hosaka has spent in England, he has trained and influenced many of the top Jodoka
of this country, mainly within the BJA. He has been the official Coach for the Royal Navy
when the Navy won the inter-services judo competition. |

He has an unequalled
understanding and experience of British judo at the highest level of competition. He
believes that the success of judo depends on the quality of coaching, especially at the
very early stages when the basic fundamentals are so important. He likes to coach judo
without limiting his teaching to any specific groups or organisations. He is prepared to
coach any judo group and is available to be technical advisor when such advice is
requested |
